Woodworking
Bowie Knife Handle
During the SFSA Cast in Steel Bowie Knife project, I was tasked with making the wooden handle for the knife that would be submitted to the competition. I milled a texture into the handle and drilled the pin holes using my home built CNC Mill. The handle would be joined to the knife by adhesive and brass pins. The brass pins were cut to be slightly oversize to be peened around the handle to get that signature, old look.
Roommate tracker
I made a roommate tracker that lets the user know who is home or not in order to know if the home security system can be armed or not. The sliders were engraved using a home built CNC mill. The front and back plates were cut on a table saw with holes drilled on a drill press. A wood veneer was added on the sides to clean up the appearance.
Hand Carvings
These simple objects were carved by hand and sanded.
Key Chains and Guitar Pick
The key chains and profile of the guitar pick were cut out on a scroll saw. The items were then sanded, drilled, and chain added.

Easter cup and egg
The cup and egg were turned on a wood lathe and sanded.
